Description:We successfully completed a complex piping installation project in Lund University, involving new heating and cooling lines with large diameters DN400 and DN500. The scope included high-precision welding and full quality control with 100% Visual Testing (VT) and non-destructive testing (NDT) to ensure maximum reliability.The main challenge of this piping installation was maintaining continuous operation of the cooling system, which supports critical university server infrastructure. Any long shutdown was not acceptable. Our team carefully planned tie-ins and executed the work in controlled stages to minimize downtime and avoid disruption.This project demonstrates our expertise in industrial piping, complex system integration, and delivering high-quality results under strict operational constraints.
Task: Pipe laying and positioning
